غوث

غَوِيثٌ ذ Food, or other succour, with which one aids a person in necessity. (O, K.) -A2- Also, (O, K,) in one copy of the K ↓ تَغْوِيثٌ, (TA,) [both perhaps inf. ns., the former like دَبِيبٌ &c.,] Vehemence of running (شِدَّةُ عَدْوٍ). (O, K.)
