غفر

هُوَغَفِرُ القَفَا ذ means He is one who has [ hair such as is termed ] غَفَر upon the back of his neck: and هِىَ غَفِرَةُ الوَجْهِ, she is one who has غَفَر upon her face. (AHn, K, * TA.)
