غرس

(A.) ― -b2- [Hence,] غَرَسَ فُلَانٌ عِنْدِى نِعْمَةً (tropical:) Such a one established, or settled, in my possession, a benefaction, or boon. (TA.) And غَرَسَ المَعْرُوفَ (tropical:) He did good, or what was beneficent or kind. (IKtt, TA.)
