فيخ

1 فَاخَتِ الرِّيحُ ذ , aor. تَفِيخُ, inf. n. فَيْخٌ and فَيَخَانٌ: see 1 in art. فوخ. Accord. to Kr and the K, فَيْخٌ signifies A spreading, or becoming diffused; like فِيْحٌ: (TA:) but ISd expresses doubt of the correctness of this: (L, TA:) it is [said to be] an inf. n. in this sense.
