فلح

رَجُلٌ مُتَفَلِّحُ الشَّفَةِ ذ , and اليَدَيْنِ, and القَدَمَيْنِ, A man having the lip chapped, or cracked, much, by cold, and so the hands, and the feet. (L.) [See also 5 in art. فلج.]
