فَكَّاكٌ ذ [One who separates, &c., much, or often ]. ― -b2- [And hence,] فَكَّاكٌ هَكَّاكٌ (tropical:) One who does not make his words and their meanings congruous, or consistent, by reason of his foolishness, or stupidity. (Z, TA.)
