فقو

1 فَقَوْتُ أَثَرَهُ ذ or اـِثْرَهُ I followed his track, or footsteps; i. q. قَفَوْتُهُ; (K, TA;) mentioned by Yaakoob among the words formed by transposition: so in the M. (TA.)
