فصع

فُصْعَةٌ ذ The prepuce of a boy, (IDrd, T, O, K, TA,) when it is wide, so that the glans protrudes from it, (IDrd, O, K, TA,) or when he withdraws it from over the glans, before he is circumcised. (T, TA.)
