فَيْخَمَانٌ ذ A person of authority, (TA,) one held in honour, from whose judgment events are made to proceed, and without whom no affair is decided. (K, TA. [In the explanation of this word in the CK, يَصْدُرُ is a mistranscription for يُصْدَرُ.])
