دَيْمُومٌ ديموم and دَيْمُومَةٌ, held by Aboo-'Alee to be from الدَّوَامُ, and therefore to belong to the present art.: (TA:) see art. دم. -A2- The latter is also an inf. n. of دَامَ [q. v.]. (S, M, Msb, K.)
