دَوَلٌ دول دولة , as an epithet applied to نَبْلٌ [or arrows] i. q. ↓ مُتَدَاوَلٌ. (IAar, M, K. *) So in the saying, يُلُوذُ بِالجَوْدِ مِنَ النَّبْلِ الدَّوَلْ [app. relating to a wild animal, and meaning.
