(M, L, K. *) ― -b3- Accord. to IAar, (T,) ↓ دَوَّارَةٌ and فَوَّارَةٌ are applied to Anything [ round ] that does not move nor turn round: and دُوَّارَةٌ and فُوَّارَةٌ to a thing that moves and turns round.
