ظهر

2 ظَهَّرَ see 1, near the middle: ― -b2- and again, in the last quarter: ― -b3- and see also 3. ― -b4- ظهّر الثَّوْبَ [and ↓ اظهرهُ, contr. of بطّنهُ and ابطنهُ,] He faced the garment, or piece of cloth; put a facing, or an outer covering, (ظِهَارَة,) to it. (TA.) -A2- See also 4, last sentence.
