طوى

طَوِيَّةٌ ذ (assumed tropical:) The ضَمِير [meaning heart, or mind ]: (S, K, TA:) so called because it is [as though it were] folded upon the secret, or because the secret is [as though it were] infolded in it. (TA.) ― -b2- See also طِيَّةٌ. ― -b3- And see طَوِىٌّ.
