طوق

(S, O, K.) ― -b2- [Hence, تطوّقهُ, and تطوّق بِهِ, (assumed tropical:) He had it put upon him, and he bore it, and he took it upon himself, like the طَوْق upon the neck: and he had it imposed upon him, and he imposed it upon himself, as a thing that was difficult, troublesome, or inconvenient ].
