(K.) ― -b3- Also [or لَبَنٌ مَطْلُولٌ] Pure milk with froth upon it, upon which water has been poured, and which one imagines to be good, or pleasant, whereas there is no goodness in it; and so ↓ مَطْلُولَةٌ: or this latter, some say, signifies a piece of skin soaked and softened [for مَوْزُونَةٌ in my original, which I think a mistranscription, I read مَوْدُونَةٌ,] with pure milk, which they eat [app. in a time of scarcity].
