طرف

مُتَطَرِّفٌ ذ A man who does not, or will not, keep constantly to an affair; [but I think that امر (which I have rendered “ an affair ”) in my original is evidently a mistranscription for ا@مْرَأَة, i. e. a woman, or wife; ] as also ↓ مُسْتَطْرِفٌ. (TA.) See also طَرِفٌ.
