9 اصفرّ ذ It become أَصْفَر [i. e. yellow: and also black ]: (S, M, K:) and so ↓ اصفارّ: (S, K:) or the former signifies it was so constantly: and the latter, it was so transiently. (Az, TA. [See 9 in art. حمر.])
