صعق

4 أَصْعَقَتْهُ الصَّاعِقَةُ ذ The صاعقة [or thunderbolt ] smote him. (TA.) ― -b2- And اصعقهُ He, or it, caused him to swoon, or become insensible. (S.) ― -b3- And He, or it, killed, or slew, him. (TA.)
