صعد

مَصْعَدٌ ذ [ A place of ascent: pl. مَصَاعِدُ]. One says رُتْبَةٌ بَعِيدَةُ المَصْعَدِ and المَصَاعِدِ (tropical:) [meaning A station, or post of honour, to which the ascent and ascents (lit. the place and places of ascent ) is, and are, distant ]. (A.)
