صرع

5 تصرّع لَهُ ذ (tropical:) He became lowly, humble, or abased, and abashed, to him; as also تضرّع: (Az, TS, TA:) or (tropical:) he lowered, humbled, or abased, himself to him: one says, مَا زِلْتُ أَتَصَرَّعُ لَهُ and اـِلَيْهِ (tropical:) [ I ceased not to lower, humble, or abase, myself to him ] حَتَّى أَجَابَنِى [ until he answered me, or gave me his assent ].
