صرد

4 اصرد السَّهْمَ ذ , (S, M, L, K,) and الرُّمْحَ; (M;) and ↓ صَرَدَهُ; (M, L, K;) He made the arrow, and the spear, or a part thereof, to pass through (S, M) the animal at which it was shot [or thrown]: (S:) or to penetrate so that its extremity passed through.
