صد

مَصْدُودٌ ذ [pass. part. n. of صَدَّهُ, q. v.]. One says, فُلَانٌ مَصْدُودٌ عَنِ الخَيْرِ [ Such a one is turned away from, or prevented from attaining, what is good, or prosperity ]. (A.)
