حير

مُسْتَحِيرٌ مستحير A way leading across a desert, of which the place of egress is not known. (K.) ― -b2- (assumed tropical:) Anything (TA) continuing endlessly: (IAar, TA:) or hardly, or never, ending; as also ↓ مُتَحَيِّرٌ. (Sh, TA.) See also this latter word. -A2- جَفْنَةٌ مُسْتَحِيرَةٌ (tropical:) A full bowl: (A:) or (assumed tropical:) a bowl containing much grease. (K.)
