(TA.) ― -b2- Also حَاضَ, (S, TA,) or حَاضَ حَوْضًا, (A, K, [unless by this be meant that حَوْضٌ is the inf. n.,]) aor. as above, (S, TA,) and so the inf. n., (S,) He made a حَوْض; (S, A, K;) as also ↓ حوّض, inf. n. as above; (TA;) and ↓ احتاض, inf. n. اِحْتِيَاضٌ. (Th, TA.) You say, لِاـِبِلِهِ ↓ حوّض [ He made a حَوْض for his camels ]: and also حِيَاضًا ↓ تحوّضوا [ They made حياض, pl. of حَوْضٌ]. (A.)
