حفر

مِحْفَرٌ محفر (K) and ↓ مِحْفَارٌ (A, K) and ↓ مِحْفَرَةٌ (K) A spade; syn. مِسْحَاةٌ: (K:) an implement for digging (A, K, TA) of the same kind as a مسحاة: (TA:) pl. of the first [and last] مَحَافِرُ. (Ham p. 665.)
