حشد

مَحَاشِدُ ذ Places where people are collected to go forth: or it is a pl. of حَشْدٌ, contr. to rule, like مَشَابِهُ [pl. of شَبَهٌ] and مَلامِحُ [pl. of لَمْحَةٌ]. (L from a trad.) [See مَخَاطِبُ.]
