(Har p. 594.) Hence the saying, صَرْفُ هٰذَا ا@سْتِحْسَانٌ وَ المَنْعُ قِيَاسٌ [ The making this word perfectly declinable is approvable, but the making it imperfectly declinable is agreeable with analogy ]. (TA.)
