حجب

حَجَابَةٌ حاجب حجاب حجابه حجابة , (K,) or ↓ حِجْبَةٌ, (S,) The office of doorkeeper [or chamberlain ]. (S, * K.) ― -b2- And the former, The office of door-keeper and guardian of the Kaabeh. (TA.)
