5 تعيّب ذ It was, or became, rendered faulty, unsound, or defective; or such as to have a fault, an unsoundness, a defect, and imperfection, a blemish, or something amiss. (A.) [See also 1, first sentence. -A2- تعيّبهُ: see 1, in two places.
