عود

هٰذَا الشَّىْءُ أَعْوَدُ عَلَيْكَ مِنْ كَذَا ذ means This thing is more remunerative, advantageous, or profitable, to thee than such a thing: (S, O, K: *) or more easy, or convenient, to thee. (A, * TA.)
