5 تَعَنَّقَ see 2, last sentence: ― -b2- and see also 3. ― -b3- تعنّق said of the jerboa, It entered its hole called the عَانِقَاآء; (O, K;) or so تعنّق العَانِقَاآءَ, and تعنّق بِهَا: (TA:) and, said of the hare, it hid, or inserted, its head and its neck in its burrow [app. meaning in the burrow of a jerboa: but see عَانِقَاآءُ].
