عَلْوَى ذ , accord. to IAar, [and so in my MS. copy of the K,] but accord. to [other copies of] the K ↓ عَلْوَاآءُ, (TA,) i. q: قِصَّةٌ عَالِيَةٌ [app. A story, or an affair, of a high quality ]. (K, TA. [See also عَلْيَاآءُ.])
