عطش

عُطَاشٌ ذ [ Insatiable thirst; ] a certain disease, (S, O, K, TA,) that attacks a man, (S, O, TA,) or a child, (TA,) the sufferer from which drinks water and cannot satisfy his thirst: (S, O, K, * TA:) or intense thirst: the sufferer thereof is permitted to break his fast. (TA.)
