عسى

هُوَ عَسِىٌّ بِهِ ذ He is adapted or disposed by nature, apt, meet, suited, suitable, fitted, fit, competent, proper, or worthy, for it or of it; as also ↓ عَسٍ بِهِ: (K, TA:) but one should not say عَسًى. (TA.) [See also مَعْسَاةٌ.]
