8 اـِعْتَسَ3َ see عَسَّ, in three places: ― -b2- and عَسَّهُ, in four places. ― -b3- You say also, اعتسّ بَلَدَ كَذَا He trod such a country, and knew its tidings. (TA.) ― -b4- And اعتسّ النَّاقَةَ He sought to obtain the she-camel's milk. (TA.) ― -b5- And اعتسّ الاـِبِلَ He entered into the midst of the camels, and stroked their udders in order that they might yield their milk. (O, K. *)
