عذف

عَاذِفٌ ذ [as act. part. n. of عَذَفَ should signify Eating: but see what here follows]. Ibn-'Abbád says, (O,) مَا زِلْتُ عَاذِفًا مُنْذُ اليَوْمِ means I have not tasted anything [ to-day ]. (O, K.)
