عذر

عَذِيرَةٌ ذ [ A disposition to excuse ]. One says, مَا عِنْدَهُمْ عَذِيرَةٌ, meaning [ They have not a disposition to excuse; or] they do not excuse. (O.) [See also غَفِيرَةٌ.] -A2- See also عَاذِرٌ: -A3- and اـِعْذَارٌ. ― -b2- Also I. q. عَدِيرَةٌ [app. as syn. with رَغِيدَةٌ]. (O, TA.)
