عجم

عَوَاجِمُ ذ [a pl. of which the sing. ↓ عَاجِمَةٌ (a subst. formed from the act. part. n. عَاجِمٌ) I do not find mentioned] The teeth. (S, K.) ― -b2- And Camels; because they bite, or chew, bones; and so ↓ عَاجِمَاتٌ. (TA.)
