1 ضَوْنَةٌ ذ , (K,) an inf. n. of which the verb is ضَانَ, aor. يَضُونُ, said of a man, (TK,) The having numerous offspring; as also ↓ تَضَوُّنٌ. (K.) [Probably from ضَيْوَنٌ.]
