ضِنَاكٌ ذ ; (O, K, &c.;) accord. to El-Fárábee, (O, TA,) and J [in the S], (TA,) ↓ ضَنَاكٌ; but accord. to others, with kesr, and this is the right; (O, TA;) Compact in flesh; applied to a woman: (El-Fárábee, S, O:) or plump, and compact in flesh; so applied: (Lth, TA:) or heavy in the hinder part, (K, TA,) and large in body; (TA;) so applied: (K, * TA:) or having much flesh; applied to a male and to a female, without ة: (IAth, TA:) and firm in make, and strong; applied to a male and to a female; (K, TA;) of human beings, and of camels, and in like manner of palm-trees and of trees in general: (TA:) and, applied to a she-camel, thick in the hinder part: (TA:) and [ large; applied to trees (شَجَرٌ): or] large trees.
