اهل

أَهْلِيَّةٌ ذ The quality of having a right, or just title, to a thing; worthiness, or desert; meetness, or fitness; in Pers. سَزَوَارِى: (Golius, app. from a gloss. in a copy of the KL:) the state, or quality, of meetness, or fitness, [of a person,] for the bindingness of the rights which the law imposes for one or upon him.
