اـِنَاآءٌ اناآء A certain thing of which one makes use, (M,) well known; (S, K;) namely, a vessel, or receptacle, (Mgh, Msb,) for water [ &c. ]: (Mgh:) pl. اآنِيَةٌ, (T, S, M, Mgh, Msb, K,) originally أَأْنِيَةٌ; (M;) and أَوَانٍ; (T, S, M, Mgh, K;) the former a pl. of pauc.; and the latter a pl. of mult., (Mgh,) pl. of اآنِيَةٌ.
