اخذ

أَخَّاذٌ ذ One who takes eagerly, or greedily: whence the saying, مَا أَنْتَ اـِلَّا أَخَّاذٌ نَبَّاذٌ Thou art none other than one who taketh a thing eagerly, or greedily, and then throweth it away quickly. (A.)
