5 تأبّد ذ : see 1, in two places. ― -b2- He (a man) was long distant from his home; expl. by طَالَتْ غُرْبَتُهُ; (K;) or was long in a state of celibacy; طالت عُزْبَتُهُ, as in one copy of the K; (TA;) and became little in need, or little desirous, of women.
