5 تذلّى ذ i. q. تذلّل [ He became lowly, humble, or submissive; or he lowered, humbled, or submitted, himself ]: (T, K:) the latter verb is the original: the former being like تظنّى, originally تظنّن. (T.) [See also the next paragraph.]
