شهو

1 شَهِيَهُ ذ and شَهَاهُ : see 8. -A2- شَهَا, aor. شَهُوَ ; and شَهِىَ, aor. شَهَوَ ; inf. n. شَهْوَةٌ; It [food &c.] was good, sweet, pleasant, or the like. (MA. [But this, the only meaning there assigned to these two verbs, I do not find elsewhere.])
