شم

مَشْمُومٌ ذ A thing that is smelt; such as any sweet-smelling plant: like as مَأْكُولٌ signifies “ a thing that is eaten: ” (Msb:) [and] musk: (S, K:) [pl. مَشْمُومَاتٌ.]
