شرق

5 تشرّق ذ He sat in a sunny place (S, O, K) [ at any season, (see مَشْرُقَةٌ,) or particularly] in winter. (O, K.) ― -b2- And تشرّقوا They looked through the مِشْرِيق of the door, i. e. the chink thereof into which the light of the rising sun falls. (O.)
