(S, Msb.) [And it seems also, from what here follows, to signify A single loop. ] ― -b2- (assumed tropical:) The anus: (Msb, TA:) or hence شَرَجُ الدُّبُرِ signifies (assumed tropical:) the anus. (Mgh.) ― -b3- And (assumed tropical:) The vulva of a woman: (O, K:) pl. as above. (TA.) ― -b4- And شَرَجُ الدَّرَاهِمِ [ The purse for money ]. (M and K in art. صر: in the CK, شَرْج.) -A2- Also A place of expanding of a valley: (S, O, K:) pl. as above. (S.) ― -b2- And The Milky Way in the sky: (S:) or so الشَّرَجُ. (K.) -A3- Also A splitting, or cracking, (اِنْشِقَاقٌ, S, and so in some copies of the K, or شُقَاقٌ, so in other copies of the K and in the O,) in a bow.
